Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Counseling Services

· If you cancel your appointment, there are no refunds.

· If you do not show up to your appointment, there are no refunds.

· If you give an incorrect contact number or email address, there are no refunds.

· At the company’s discretion, we may attempt to call you after the 1st attempt.

· At the company’s discretion, we may wait for you to connect to the zoom call after the 1st attempt.

o If we reach you after the 1st attempt via phone contact or zoom, the minutes missed will not be added on to your allotted time. The missed minutes will be subtracted from your allotted time.

Gifts

· If the item was a gift to someone other than yourself, you are responsible for correctly entering the contact information.

· All above rules will apply to the person(s) receiving the gift.

· You are responsible for making sure that the gifted person(s) understands the refund, terms and conditions and disclaimer/waiver policy.

· We are not held responsible for persons who did not purchase said items from our website.
